CareCompanion was created in 2025 by Dan Gardner, MD, DLFAPA, a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who combines his extensive medical expertise with a passion for innovative technology. Dr. Gardner brings 50 years of clinical experience to this development, having worked extensively in diverse healthcare settings including general hospitals, mental health facilities, physical rehabilitation centers, and brain injury rehabilitation programs. Throughout his career, he has provided expert consultation to patients, families, and multidisciplinary treatment teams across these various healthcare environments.
